		<description>I made this without cheese, and thought it was beautiful - simple yet delicious.  I used the liquid from the cooked beans, and sage.  The next day, I added some Gruyere to the rest of the pot.  I forgot that I don&#039;t like swiss cheese.  :P  I can still eat the soup, but I&#039;m sure it tastes better to more sophisticated palates.  Next time I&#039;ll try something else.  Aged cheddar?</description>

		<description>This soup reminds me of a dip I made recently of white bean and carmalized onions. With the rosemary, this combination is killer. I will defnitely experiment with the addition of chicken stock for the perfect pantry-friendly soup.
