It was such a fabulous visit – Patrick Roger is truly an artist, I will never forget that lemongrass ganache, simply delicieux!

Jennifer and Shelli: PR opened the lab in Sceaux to the public for one day recently, and I think it may happen again. Visit the website or call them to find out. Context may do another visit, too.

Wow, what a fabulous opportunity – how I’d love to visit that space. Sounds impeccable and inspiring and beautiful and a truly wonderful environment to work in (not to mention all that chocolate!). Thanks for sharing (and thanks for sharing the link to MyKugelhopf too!). I’m heading to Berlin in a few days, wish I had seen those Paris windows set up.

Oh, and post-lunch naps? Vraiment?!

And I walked by the Berlin Wall vitrines this afternoon. They were fabulous.
