Paris by Mouth

Paris by Mouth is a different kind of guide.  We highlight the best Paris food writing around the web, give you practical information for hundreds of addresses, list Paris food and wine events, and post photos that (we hope) will get you as excited about eating in this city as we are.

It’s the brainchild of Meg Zimbeck, a fantastic food writer and friend with whom I have had the great pleasure of sharing many meals and much wine. I’m the assistant editor/eater/guzzler.

Our contributors are an impressive crew of Paris-based bloggers, journalists, and cookbook authors who are always looking forward to their next good meal, and we hope you’ll make Paris by Mouth your first stop the next time you’re looking for yours.

To celebrate the launch, Meg invited everyone I’ve ever dated a great group of Paris food lovers, friends, writers, restaurant and wine shop owners to Spring Boutique.  Daniel served up ceviche to the masses and Josh kept the wine flowing.

It was our first event but definitely not the last.  Maybe I’ll see you at the next one, but until then I hope you’ll visit Paris by Mouth.
