		<description>Actually the bouillon (last friday) was a little amount of liquid and some huge shrimps from Caledonia, chicken breast, and various vegetables (artichokes, girolles), enough to fill up your stomach ;)</description>

		<description>I must admit, I haven&#039;t been all that jazzed about this opening.  I mean, bouillon?  In the summer?  For 60 euros?  Couldn&#039;t really get excited about it.  Now, however, after having read this and seen your pictures, I&#039;m itching to go.  Hope it&#039;s not too late to get reservations sometime in the near future!</description>
